I am somewhat of a jumpsuit and meditation junkie. I won’t start my day without meditation and I’m at the point of being a jumpsuit collector. These days, I try not to take myself too seriously, so I aim to keep calm, and style with comfort as often as possible.
Jumpsuits are awesome for casual social occasions, lunch meetings, and lounging at home. I run my errands in them and I am still dressed relaxed enough to wind down at home with a book or movie.

As for Meditation and Quiet Time:
Taking time to get quiet and meditate is always critical for me. Because life can be constantly noisy, I like the really early hours of the morning before the alarm goes off and everything is still completely silent. It’s my best time to connect spiritually, get the most clarity, and plan out the day.
However, to stay at my best and handle what that comes my way during the work day, I also take time to pause throughout the day as a mental check and touch point with myself. It is very easy to get overwhelmed, so taking a pause keeps me productive. I like a quick read for my book of the month, or a glance over my goals. Even a quick nap recharges me to tackle the latter part of the day.
Pick any time of the day that works best for you to get clarity, and recharge your spirit and mental batteries. If you make it a priority and a lifestyle, you will find that you are making progress faster and much easier.
